Hi, I’m Anita – your All In One Assistant!
I’m originally from Central Wisconsin, but after 31 years in Southwest Florida, this is definitely home. I hold an associate degree in Administrative Assistant and have spent years doing what comes naturally to me — organizing the details, figuring things out, getting things done, and helping make life a little easier for the people around me.
All In One Assistant was built around a pretty simple idea: everyone needs help with something sometimes. And that “something” looks different for every person.
My work has grown into something much more personal. I help individuals, families and seniors with all kinds of everyday details — appointments and paperwork, errands and research, coordinating care and services, helping an aging parent when family can’t be nearby, or simply handling the things that need to get done. I still help with business and administrative needs too, but there really isn’t a “typical” day — and I actually love that.
I’m not a big agency, and I don’t want to be. When you hire All In One Assistant, you get me. I get to know my clients, what matters to them, and how they like things handled. Trust, reliability and communication are a huge part of what I do.
Outside of work, I’m a mom of two grown kids, an animal lover, die-hard Green Bay Packers fan, and someone who genuinely believes life is better when we have good people in our corner. Our four-legged family includes Izzie Mae and Felipe Ray (who is actually toilet trained😂) — and our sweet Zoe Lynn, who will always have a special place in our hearts. ❤️
